the ovoid body rising from a short foot to a tapering neck, painted to the exterior with four fish swimming amongst aquatic plants above cresting waves, all between ruyi heads at the shoulder and a lappet band at the foot, the domed cover with matching decoration the base with a four-character mark reading Fugui jiaqi (Beautiful vessel for the rich and honourable), wood stand.
