This classic Indian kundan work suite is composed of a bib form necklace of graduated plaques each set with green foil backed carved pear shaped colorless quartz cabochons highlighted by foil backed colorless sapphire plaques, green glass cabochons, peg mounted pearls, a green foil backed pear shaped carved colorless quartz cabochon pendant, and two pearl-set tassels. The back of the plaques are covered in multi colored champlevé enamel depicting birds, flowers, and foliate designs on white enamel background. The necklace is completed by a yellow gold rope chain.
The top of each earring is set with a green foil backed circular shaped carved colorless quartz cabochon surrounded by fourteen rose-cut diamonds, suspending four pearl-set tassels and a pear shaped pendant centered by a green foil backed oval shaped carved colorless quartz cabochon surrounded by twenty-two rose cut diamonds suspending seven pearl cluster tassels. The back of the earrings are covered in multi-colored champlevé enamel depicting birds, flowers, and foliate designs on white enamel background. The necklace is completed by a yellow gold rope chain and the earrings have 18 karat yellow gold omega clip backs. In good condition with minor loss to enamel on edges of earrings and necklace which is typical of this type of enamel work and some loose pearls.
