With loop handle, painted in underglaze blue with trailing Oriental flower-sprays, leafy branches and a bird in flight below a ribbed neck, on a short domed foot – 4½ in. (11 cm.) high

Painted in the manner of C.F. Herold with Chinese figures within gilt quatrefoil cartouches issuing iron-red and puce scrolls, enclosing Böttger– lustre panels, further decorated with indianische Blumen, the rims with Laub-und-Bandelwerk border.
