Thickly molded with a raised outer edge to the rim, a band of vertical lines cursorily carved into the curving walls to surround a circular peony roundel impressed to the center of the well, the exterior walls smoothly finished and all surfaces except a cinnamon-burnt firing ring on the recessed base covered with an olive green glaze. 11 1/4in (28.5cm) diameter
