A small yellow glazed ‘dragon and phoenix’ saucer dish, Yongzheng six-character mark and of the period. Estimate £800 – 1,200 (€1,100 – 1,600). Photo Bonhams.

The interior delicately incised with a five-clawed dragon and a phoenix encircling a central shou roundel amongst clouds, the exterior with the Eight Buddhist Emblems each set on a beribboned flower stem. 14.1cm (5 1/2in) diam.
