the pear-shaped body rising from a spreading foot to a gently flaring rim, set with a pair of animal mask loop handles, applied overall with an opaque bluish-grey glaze suffused with a network of faint russet crackles, the glaze stopping neatly at the foot revealing the dark brown body; 17.5 cm., 6 7/8 in.
